What I'm loving today My niece is getting married and I'm working on a present that won't be on her registry. My niece also reads my blog, so Kelly, this is your spoiler alert. Stop now or ruin the surprise. My niece is a great cook, as I learned when she hosted Thanksgiving last year. She's fast, innovative, and really, really good. A gene she undoubtly inherited from my sister, her mom. A gene that somehow missed me. Anyhow, I've been busy creating a cookbook for her over at Tastebook,

News Corp. and a private equity firm offered Friday to buy out public shareholders of News Corp.'s publicly traded subsidiary NDS Group PLC.

I don’t think that this Wii DVD player is ever going to come out. Hell, does anyone even want it anymore? Anyway…Nintendo’s official statement on a Wii with DVD capabilities is posted below. “With supply constraints of the Wii] continuing worldwide, the priority is on the current model.” - Nintendo statement Nintendo has also stated that they are planning to launch there 1seg tuner in retail stores in Japan. Up until now, the device was only available for purchase online. Link
